“ Delivered so picture ain't so pretty. Nasi daun bakar sotong petai. It's interesting, fragrant rice with generous amounts of succulent baby squid in their sambal alongside some spicy sambal on the side (no pic). Generous portions of rice and protein. Good and interesting flavours worth trying it out. ”
“ Nice place to eat Indonesian food at Penang island area. You guys can try the Indo mee goreng pedas. Quite nice & mee ayam pedas manis. Quite good too. The service is ok... Just need to smile a bit more sometimes. Overall, good ”
“ Nasi Putih Ayam Bakar is the bestttt nasi ayam bakar. Nasi Putih Ayam Garing Merah is also good, and the taste of sambal is quite sweet and spicy. It is still flavorful. Room for improvement: The table is a bit sticky, and the air conditioner is not functioning well. ”
“ Sundanese Food (West Java) Part 1: Nasi Bakar Ikan (grill rice in banana leaf wrap w/ fish topping) Fresh fish on grill rice, good with Sambal on side dish. Add on some various crackers from Opak to Skin crackers, nampol! Nasi Bakar Cumi Pete (grill rice w/ mini squid and stinky beans) This one is Juara ! The winner, rice so fragrant, Sambal inside mix with Petai n squid so good! Fried Chicken; so crispy but succulent inside, tasty too. Quite big size Pecel; delicious peanut sauce on it, various boiled vegetables, fried tempe and tofu, boiled egg and some ketupat. I love the sauce. Karedok; mini chunck of raw long bean, cucumber, kemangi and tauge drizzled with another peanut sauce, Sunda way. Fried Chicken, big size, crispy but succulent inside, tasty too. Set of Nasi Bakar & Sate Lilit (fish) served with Sambal matah (Bali style). For set, nasi bakar with small bilis inside. Set of Nasi Bakar & Ayam Bakar (grill chicken); succulent meat and sweet soya & spices marinated chicken. Bala-bala/Bakwan Sayur; vegetables fritters, thin but crispy and delicious spice in it. Mie Ayam Asin & Manis; good noodles with soya or sweet soya, topping with boiled caisim, shredded boiled chicken and fried shallot. Must try. Rujak; very nice sauce (Sambal rujak) with big slices of rose apple (Jambu air), pineapple, jicama (mengkuang), papaya and Kedondong (ampla) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All good food, authentic Sunda cooking, big portion, delishhh. Karedok & Pecel is with very good sauce and fresh vegetables, my favourite dishes. My best choice is Nasi Bakar Cumi, so good and succulent squid. Part 2 review is coming soon. Happy that there is another Indonesian food restaurant in town. Dine in, take away or delivery thru Beep. Friendly staff and helpful. Very recommended! ”
“ Tried Daun Ikan Bakar and Mee Ayam Manis. Mee Ayam tasted like Mee Kolok. Was good except a bit oily. Daun Ikan Bakar tasted quite nice except the small fish portion. Not so spicy. Teh Tarik Cincau tasted a bit weird to my taste buds and Ice King Longan Jelly was too sweet. Hard to tase the longan as over shadowed by the sweetness. ”
